Fresh Organic Milk & Cream

All of our dairy comes from happy cows on Validus-certified small family farms in Oregon. Since dairy is the basis of all of our traditional ice creams, that means more nutrients and better flavor across the board!

Organic Pasture Raised Eggs

Our organic, pasture-raised eggs come from happy chickens on small, Validus-certified family farms. We select our eggs for flavor and nutrients, and we think you’ll be able to taste the difference.

Organic Condensed Milk

We use this special, super-sweet dairy product in just the right doses to achieve our rich texture and enhanced flavors.

Organic Cane Sugar

We only use pure, unrefined cane sugar. With minimal processing, our sugar achieves the perfect level of sweetness, with a lower health impact than most sweeteners.

Organic Oats

We use oat milk in our non-dairy flavors because of its comprehensive balance of flavor, texture and nutrition.

Organic Cocoa

We use only the finest bean-to-bar, unique origin Theo chocolate with a traditional European flavor profile. All of our cocoa is of the highest quality, with an emphasis on fair trade.

Organic Vanilla

Our vanilla comes from Nielsen Massey’s carefully tended orchids in Madagascar, giving it a mild and familiar, yet slightly exotic flavor.
